How do I reschedule my booking?

  • Once you've downloaded the app, log in to your account and go to your Projects tab.

  • Select the project card for the Project you’d like to change
  • Select the "Manage Booking" button, and choose Reschedule
  • You'll be asked "How would you like to reschedule?" and you can select if you'd like to propose a new time to the same pro or if you'd like to choose a new time and open the booking up to new pros to claim it


  • After making your selection, you can select a new date and time. From there, you will submit the reschedule request to the pro or reschedule your booking, depending on which option you select.
  • Note: If you are rescheduling within 36 hours of your booking start time, you will not see the option to request a new time with the same pro. Instead, you will only be able to choose a new date/time for the booking, and potentially a different pro will claim the new date and time.
