I need to reschedule or cancel my booking

Something come up? No worries. We're flexible. Feel free to reschedule or cancel any booking, at no additional cost, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours, there may be an associated reschedule or cancellation fee

  1. Open your app, login to your account and go to your Projects tab
    • If you need help resetting your password or logging in, see the article here
  2. Select the project card for the Project you’d like to change
  3. Select the "Manage Booking" button, and choose Reschedule or Cancel. Learn more about how to reschedule your booking here.
  4. The app will walk you through the final steps to pick a new time!

  1. Login to your account and go to your My Projects page.
  2. Select the project you’d like to change
  3. Select either the "Reschedule or Cancel" link to the right
  4. The site will walk you through the final steps to pick a new time!
