How can I contact my pro?

When you can contact your Pro depends on what service you've booked. For all bookings but home cleaning services, as soon as a Pro claims your booking you'll be able to text or call your assigned Pro with the options displayed on your Project card in the Angi App. For home cleaning bookings you'll be able to text or call your assigned Pro 24 hours before your booking start time.

We encourage you to reach out to your Pro if you have any questions or want to provide more details about the service requested. This line will be deactivated soon after the scheduled completion time of your booking.

At Angi, we take the privacy and security of customers and professionals very seriously, which is why we provide a masked phone number bridge for all bookings. The pro can't see your real number, and you can't see theirs.

On the web? The phone number to reach your pro is available on your My Projects page.

To find the masked phone number:

  • Locate the phone number / phone icon on your Project card in the "Project" tab on the Angi App, or My Projects page on web.
  • You can text or call this number to reach your Pro. Make sure you're using the phone number tied to your account - the connection will not work if you call from any other phone.
  • If you’re using a landline, you won’t be able to send or receive text messages to your Pro. If you need to change the phone number linked to your account to your mobile number, you can do so from your Account Settings

Pros may take a little while to respond while they are in transit or on other jobs.
