Flexible start time is an arrival window during which your professional will arrive to complete your booking. When you book, you’ll select a morning, afternoon, or evening start window.
The professional who claims your booking will indicate an approximate start time within the window. You’ll be able to see the booking details, including start and finish times, on your My Projects page.
The pro can arrive at any point within the arrival window. If it’s past your arrival window and the pro still has not arrived, please reach out to us through the chat icon in the bottom right of this page. We’re happy to help!
