Adding a new card: If you’d like to add a new credit card to your account, you can do so when you create a booking. Please note that once you have an upcoming booking, you may not be able to change the payment information for that booking. See here for our guidance on updating your payment method.
Charges on your card: All credit cards are subject to a pre-authorization charge to test validity. This means that once you enter a new credit card, your bank statement may show a pending charge for the full cost of the booking - which will be refunded immediately back to your account once it is confirmed. We will only charge your payment method a half hour before your booking is scheduled to end.
